我的比利时客户打的钱，水单到20天了，我的钱还没到帐，气死我了，不过他还是很配合的。现在把这个全过程写出来大家研究一下。而我想我处理的还是很不错的，与大家分享。
我第一封催款信：

natually the money will be transferred in 4~5 days. during the national day we are anxious that we have not received the deposit yet.

i have called my bank ( citibank ), they confirm me that the amount of 460 usd has been transferred to your account 000 hongkong and shanghai banking corp.
they say that it can take +/- 8 to 10 days. i have also received the debit-message, if you want to, i can scan and send it to you. so, dont worry, if you want to wait for production until you have received the deposit, no problem for me !

as you concerned it will take 8~10 days that i am not worried about the payment.

china yadea ( h.k.) company limited in my pi.
and the address shenzhen,not shenzen.
but i think it will not affect the arrival because the swift %26amp; account no. is ok.
regarding account no, we stated as 002 020,and you stated 00 2020 .is it fine in your bank?
curiously the deposit transferred in 23 sep.but it is not possible that transfer make it so slow.

i have just called my bank agency. they confirm me that the amount is on its way, they will check with their head office in brussels. i will keep you informed.
im very sorry about this inconvenience, i think next time a will take my other bank account, because it is not normal that a simple transfer takes more then 2 weeks.

in fact we have to place manufacturing order on the production department.with our deposit our accessories buyer will purchase dark brown leather,#304 stainless steel etc to run the procedure.if we can understand each other we will establish the trust.
on future orders i will be appreciated if you can inform me the transfer period that if you need the goods urgently we will fill up the deposit to start manufacturing for you.
i will keep you informed that everyday i have asked our accoundant for re-checking.

thank you for understanding this situation. the order is not that urgent, it is no problem for me if you prefer to wait another couple of days before ordering the manufacturing departement.
im glad to hear that you are planning to manufacture new models. if the coffee table is ready before shipment of my current order, you may add one to the shipment ( but send me picture and quote first, ok ? )
